List of Sub-processors
RampedUp engages 9 sub-processors in the course of providing its services. Under the Data Processing Addendum, each has entered into a written agreement carrying data protection obligations no less protective than those RampedUp owes its Subscribers.
Last updated . RampedUp gives Subscribers at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice before a new sub-processor begins processing personal data, and a Subscriber may object in writing within ten (10) business days of that notice.

How objections work
We give notice
At least thirty (30) days before a new sub-processor begins processing personal data, by email alert to Subscribers.
You may object
In writing, within ten (10) business days of that notice.
We look for a way round it
RampedUp will use reasonable efforts to make available a change in the services, or recommend a commercially reasonable change to your configuration, that avoids processing by the objected-to sub-processor without unreasonably burdening you.
If that is not possible
If RampedUp cannot make such a change available within thirty (30) days of the objection notice, you may terminate the Agreement with respect only to those services that cannot be provided without that sub-processor.
