02 — Resolve
Names, titles and employers are standardized, then tied to a company with its family tree, SIC, NAICS, size and revenue band.
03 — Validate
Addresses are checked against a cache of over 2.8 billion signals and carry a status and a date. Catch-all domains are flagged as catch-all.
04 — Refresh
70.8% of business contacts change within 12 months. Moves are flagged as an internal promotion or a departure, with the new employer.
