Salesforce integration

RampedUp works inside and outside Salesforce. Signing in to RampedUp means signing in to Salesforce — single sign-on moves you between the two — and the integration operates on the Account, Lead and Opportunity objects.

Nobody exports a CSV on purpose. The managed package puts appending where the work already happens.

What it does in the org

Data cleansing

Sellers clean data within their own instance, rather than sending a file out and waiting for it to come back.

Real-time lead append

Leads are appended as they arrive, so routing and scoring see a complete record instead of a form fill.

Single sign-on

Authentication is Salesforce’s. There is no second set of credentials to manage or deprovision.

Installing it

Production environments only.

  1. Create a RampedUp account via the Salesforce connection

A Salesforce administrator is required for this step.

  2. Install the RampedUp plug-in from the AppExchange

The managed package is distributed through Salesforce.

  3. Place RampedUp inside Salesforce

Production environment only — the package is not intended for sandboxes.

  4. Configure page layouts with the Visualforce pages

Add the RampedUp panel to the layouts your team actually uses.

  5. Set the panel height to 400 pixels with the scroll bar enabled

This is the layout the panel is designed against.

The platform requires API access to Salesforce in order to bring Salesforce data into RampedUp.

Start with the number.

Tell us the segment you actually sell to and we will send the exact count, the fill rates for that slice, and a sample — before anyone asks you for a budget.
